Helping Hands Educational Resources always endeavours to send your orders as quickly as possible. At Helping Hands Educational Resources we make each order individually as an order comes through. Orders processed Monday to Friday will be dispatched generally within 24 - 48 hours depending on the number of orders and stock levels available. Orders placed over the weekend will be sent on Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed on a Victorian public holiday will be posted the next business day.(This does not account for high volume periods such as holiday periods or sales).

We use Australia Post as our main delivery service. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for receipt of orders depending on your location.

If you have chosen the tracking option, we will email you a tracking number once your parcel has been sent. You can track your parcel by clicking here.

Once your item has been taken by Australia post it becomes their responsibility and often shipping sometimes varies.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, you will get a slip to collect it from the nearest post office, which you will have 10 days to do before it is returned to us.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days, please contact us and we will follow up with Australia Post for you.

We do offer Local Delivery option if you are in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs.
